Etude d'un cas d'oligozoospermie bovine au centre national d'insémination artificielle et d’amélioration génétique

Abstract

L’étude d’un cas d’oligozoospermie chez un taureau du CNIAAG a été réalisée. Les examens cliniques (appareil génital externe, interne, le comportement) et para cliniques (évaluation macroscopique et microscopique) de la semence ont permis de confirmer les anomalies suivantes : une libido diminuée, une atrophie unilatérale, une asymétrie du scrotum avec absence du col scrotal. L’examen microscopique a montré une motilité massale, le nulle carctérisée par l’absence de mouvements de masse, l’absence d’onde. Une concentration des Spz de 133 millions/ ml. Ces observations nous permettent d’affirmer que d’après les examens effectués sur le taureau << luminor>> le diagnostic étant un cas d’oligo-zoospermie très caractéristique. Les anomalies notées chez le taureau <> ont été déjà rapportées par kay et al., 1992 et également Adeniran et al., 1992. Dans cette optique, une hypothèse d’une hypoplasie testiculaire a été déduite. Summary: This work consists on the study of a case of oligozoospermie in bull called LUMINOR of Holstein race, in the National Center of Artificial Insemination and gentic improvement. In the first place, our work consists on making a bibliographical review in which we have studied the anatomy and the physiology of reproduction in the male (the bull), and ending with pathologies intervening in the falling, or even the stopping of the fertility (sterility). Then, we have proceeded with the clinical examination of LUMINOR (a generalexamination of the male genital apparatus, internal and external ), and also the examination of its seed in laboratory of the C.N.I.A.A.G.
